Perfect for a busy day, this fork-tender chicken does its thing in the crockpot all day, so it’s RTG by dinner time. Serve with potato rolls and coleslaw for a classic BBQ dinner.

4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 (16.8 oz) bottles Duke’s Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce
Directions
Combine 4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts and 2 (16.8 oz) bottles Duke’s Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce in a slow cooker, making sure the chicken is fully immersed in the sauce. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours, until the chicken is through and easy to shred.
- Remove chicken to a cutting board, and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker and toss in the sauce before serving.
