Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

1/2 c. Duke’s Mayo
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1.5 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. Gala Apples, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
- ½ c. celery, diced
- ½ c. dried cranberries
- ½ c. toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together Duke’s mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir in chopped apples, grapes, celery, and dried cranberries.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator, stir in walnuts, and serve immediately.
