Seared Scallops with Herbed Mayonnaise Drizzle

- 1 lb. sea scallops
- Herbed Mayonnaise Sauce
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Blend sauce ingredients and add more lemon juice until thinned to desired consistency.
- Lightly salt and pepper scallops after rinsing and patting dry.
- Sear scallops in pan with oil on both sides.
- Serve in puddle of herbed mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with additional chopped parsley.
