Roasted Red Pepper Pimento Cheese Sandwich

Celebrate spring and the return of the Masters tournament with a Roasted Red Pepper Pimento Cheese Sandwich.

Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature

¼ cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Mt Olive Roasted Red Peppers, well drained and finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne peppee
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Cooked bacon, texas toast, and Mt Olive petite dills, for serving
Directions
- Grate cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl, then add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Mt Olive Roasted Red Peppers and stir to combine. Add garlic and onion powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper and stir again. Set aside.
- To make a sandwich: Lightly toast two slices of bread, then spread with cheese mixture. Add two slices of bacon and additional cheese mixture. Slice and top with pickles. Enjoy!
