Ingredients

½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely minced
- 1 bunch ramps, green tops only, finely minced (pickle or fry the bulbs!)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse to thoroughly combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Use within 7 days.
