Pimento Cheez-It Sliders

Masters week has arrived. Make these Pimento Cheez-It Sliders, grab and Arnold Palmer and settle in for a great week of golf.
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup Cheez-It crackers, coarsely crushed, plus more for garnish

½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise, plus more for bread
- 1 (3.5 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 (12 ct) package King’s Hawaiian Rolls, each roll sliced into fourths
Directions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, crushed Cheez-It crackers, Duke’s mayonnaise, pimentos, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread about two tablespoons of pimento cheese on a sliced King’s Hawaiian roll. Top with another half. Swoosh a thin layer of Duke’s on top of the bread, top with a Cheez-It, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining rolls and serve immediately.
