Ingredients
-
1/4 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
1 pack King’s Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Start by browning the ground beef in a pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
When the beef is almost fully browned, add the diced green bell pepper, diced onions, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well-incorporated.
Lay the bottom half of the King’s Hawaiian slider buns on a baking sheet.
Spread Duke’s Mayo on both the top and bottom slider buns.
Add the ground beef and pepper mixture to the buns and top with the slices of provolone cheese.
Place the top buns on top.
In a small pot, combine 4 tbsp butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Let the butter melt and stir to combine.
Grab a basting brush and brush the garlic butter over the top of the buns.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
