Parmesan Garlic Bread
Starters & Snacks
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
- Cut bread in half horizontally.
- Butter and broil until golden brown.
- While bread is broiling, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Spread bread and continue broiling until topping is bubbly and browned to desired doneness.
