Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lbs. shrimp
- 1/2 onion, chopped really fine
- 2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese
- 1 qt. Duke's Mayonnaise
- Pinch of sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 dashes hot sauce
Directions
Preparation
- Cook and peel shrimp.
- Chop shrimp in food processor with onion.
- Add softened cream cheese. Add Duke’s Mayonnaise, a pinch of sugar and 1/2 cup ketchup.
- Add a pinch of pepper, 1/3 cup of milk and 3 dashes of hot sauce.
- Blend all with a mixer. Serve with chips or crackers.
