Mayonnaise Sauce for Meat and Vegetables
Sauce & Dips
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- The sauce can be made in a stand mixer or by hand.
- Whisk together the first three ingredients. While whisking, gradually add the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Pair with beef and asparagus, or use as a dip for shrimp or a sandwich spread.
