Ingredients
2 lbs cod filets
3 tbsp Duke’s Lemon Garlic Aioli Southern Sauce
1 tbsp No Salt Seafood Seasoning
1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (for color)
Cooking Spray of choice
Street taco corn or flour tortillas for serving
Coleslaw, guacamole, fresno peppers and cilantro for topping (optional)
Directions
Pat fish dry on both sides. Next, slice cod filets to 1” by 3” pieces. Smaller or larger pieces are okay, but you will have to adjust cooking time.
Next, pour the Duke’s Lemon Garlic Aioli Southern Sauce over the cod filets and rub to coat evenly. Repeat with the seasoning, making sure to cover all of the fish with the seafood rub.
From here, you can cook immediately, but I suggest marinating for at least 1 hour, up to overnight for maximum flavor.
When ready to cook. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 mins. Spray the basket of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Line the fish in a single layer and spray the tops with cooking spray.
Air fry for 5-7 mins, or until the fish registers at least 145 degrees. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
While fish rests, brown tortillas in a pan or directly over fire to desired char. Assemble tacos with desired toppings and drizzle with more aioli. For a thinner drizzle, mix aioli with water until you get desired consistency.
Serve warm and enjoy!
