Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation
- Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Cook cake completely in the pan, at least 1 hour.
- Invert the cake on a plate.
- Top with lemon glaze.
Glaze
- Whisk the powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons of the lemon juice. If necessary, add the remaining tablspoon of lemon juice so that the glaze reaches a pourable consistency.
- Pour over cooled cake.
