Starters & Snacks
- 1/2 cup Duke’s Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 (5 oz.) bag baby kale
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 11/2 cups shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup shelled, salted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. honey Salad
- In a large bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Add kale, apple, carrot and raisins, toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sunflower seeds over salad just prior to serving.
