Jalapeño Popper Dip
If the perfect tailgate food exists, it is definitely this jalapeño popper dip. Cook it in the oven or on the grill and tailgate with Twang! this season.
1 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
16oz softened cream cheese (2 blocks)
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your grill (or oven) to 300°F
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of the shredded parmesan cheese, diced jalapeños, and Duke’s Mayo.
Blend with a hand mixer until the ingredients are well-combined. The mixture should be soft and creamy.
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and spread the top until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, and 4 tbsp of melted butter. Mix together with a spoon.
Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the dip.
Place the dip on the grill (or in the oven) for about 30 minutes, or until it is golden-brown and bubbly.
Serve immediately alongside your favorite chips or cracker
