Hot Artichoke and Crab Dip
Sauces & Dips
- 8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
- Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased pie plate.
- Bake at 375°F for 13-18 minutes.
- Serve with wheat crackers.
