Ingredients
- 1 trimmed pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place the pork tenderloin on a lightly greased baking dish.
- Rub the tenderloin with the Duke’s, spices, salt and pepper.
- Roast the pork for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
