G's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cooked & chopped white chicken
- 4 oz. Feta cheese
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 to 4 cups broccoli slaw
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 small can black olives
- 2 cups Duke's Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preparation
- Fold all ingredients together until mixed well.
- Store in refrigerator overnight, or at least 3 or 4 hours, in order for flavor to set.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or with pita chips.
