Fiesta Layered Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Duke's Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. ground chile pepper
- 1/2 tsp. granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- Pinch of ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 16 oz. can refried beans
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 3.8 oz. can sliced black olives
Directions
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings
- set aside.
- Spread beans in a 8×8" dish or pie pan.
- Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture over beans, then sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
- Chill until ready to serve.
