Duke's Egg Benedict
Breakfast and Brunch
½ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
½ tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. lemon juice, fresh-squeezed is best
1 Tbsp water
2 English muffins
4 poached eggs
4 slices Canadian bacon
Mix top four ingredients in 8 oz. microwavable container and heat on low for 1½ minutes, stirring half way through and the end.
Heat in saucepan if microwave is not available.
Spoon mixture over ½ toasted English muffin, top with one slice Canadian bacon and a poached egg.
Mixture can also be spooned over steamed asparagus or Brussels sprouts for a tasty side dish.
