Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz.) cans butter beans, drained
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
- 11/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except water in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth
- then slowly add the water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
