Buffalo Chicken Salad

Buffalo Chicken Salad makes a great summer snack or addition to your next tailgate - and it’s always a crowd pleaser! It's easy to make and has just the right amount of spice. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers or on a sandwich/over a bed of lettuce for a light meal.

Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken (I use rotisserie).
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1/4 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (use your favorite)!
Directions
Add cooked chicken to a stand mixer.
Add 1/3 cup celery, 1/4 cup green onion, 2 tbsp fresh dill, 1/4 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise, ⅓ cup buffalo sauce.
Mix well until the chicken is shredded and the mixture is well combined.
Serve cool and enjoy! Note: I like to enjoy mine with crackers!
