Brown Sugar Mustard Sheet Pan Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon filet (you can speed up the cooking time by slicing the salmon in half to make two portions)

2 tablespoons Duke’s Brown Sugar Bourbon Mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon bourbon
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 half lemon, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425, and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Combine mustard, brown sugar, and bourbon. Remove salmon from packaging and pat dry before placing on the sheet tray. Brush with mustard sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, and garnish with scallions and sliced lemon. Serve immediately.
