Ingredients
2 racks St. Louis-style ribs (about 4-5 lbs)
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
-
1 (17.5 oz) bottle Duke’s Georgia Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Remove ribs from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
- Score the racks in between each rib. Place ribs on a baking sheet. Sprinkle ribs with salt, and toss in 1 cup of Duke’s Georgia Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce. Cover with foil. Cook for an hour and a half.
- Remove ribs from oven. Increase the heat to 350, and remove the aluminum foil. Baste with remaining Duke’s Georgia Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce and return to the oven. Bake for another hour, basting again halfway through and at the end. Ribs should be tender with sticky sauce. Serve immediately.
