Starters & Snacks
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded yellow cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a clear glass bowl, layer the salad ingredients in the order they appear above.
- Combine the Duke’s, sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the top layer and spread evenly.
