Garlic Bread Dip

Ingredients

1 cup (8oz) Duke’s Mayo
- ¼ cup (2 oz) cream cheese
- ¼ cup chopped parsley - divided
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives - divided
- 1 whole bulb roasted garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ to ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
6 to 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
Half of reserved parsely
Half of reserved chives
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ to ½ tsp salt

Directions
Make the dip
Squeeze and mash roasted garlic* in a bowl, to that add mayo, cream cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder (if not using roasted garlic), salt, and pepper. Whisk everything until smooth.
- Fold in grated Parmesan.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Make the temper
Place chopped garlic, parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, and salt in a heatproof dish. Heat oil and butter together and carefully pour over garlic mixture once it’s boiling hot. - Combine everything and spoon over garlic dip.
- Serve with Bombay spiced potato chips, toasted pita bread, veggies if your choice!
Recipe Note
*to roast a garlic bulb, chop garlic head to expose the bulbs, place on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. Enclose the foil sheet tightly and bake in a 375° heated oven for an hour. Use as directed.
