Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 cups Duke's Mayonnaise
Directions
Preparation
- Cut cooked chicken into small chunks.
- Add celery, raisins and onions and mix.
- Sprinkle curry evenly over top.
- Add mayonnaise and mix.
- Serve on bread or crackers.
