Buffalo Chicken Sliders
We're all familiar with classic Buffalo Chicken Dip, but switch your recipe game up this season with these Buffalo Chicken Sliders. Tailgate with Twang!
¼ cup Dukes Mayonnaise
- King’s Hawaiian Rolls
¼ cup hot sauce of choice
1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
12 slices mozzarella cheese
- In a large bowl, shred rotisserie chicken, being sure to remove skin and bones. Add Duke’s Mayo, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Add 6 slices of cheese, layer of buffalo chicken mixture and top with more cheese. Put in the oven on 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
Add top buns back on, brush with melted garlic and herb butter and back in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
