Baked Vidalia Onion Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped Vidalia onion
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 cup green olives, pimento stuffed
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken in a single layer in a greased 8×8″ baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise, onion, basil leaves and olives and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
